1. Click on Registration Forms on the Left
2. Print & Complete Team Entry Form &
Waivers for each gymnast. Check Gymnastics box
and write in all gymnasts-including USAG number,
level, & birthdate.
3. Coaches must have USAG Pro Number
4. Each coach must submit: Team Entry Form, Total
Team Entry Fees, and Signed Waiver for each athlete.

Open to all USAG registered athletes
COMPETITION
FORMAT
Girls may be split into two or three age groups
once entries have been received.
RULES
Current USAG rules will govern (USAG sanctioned).
AWARDS
Championship
Banners Awarded to the Top Team in Compulsory and
Optional! Gold,
Silver, & Bronze medals to the top three (3)
in each division, age group (if level is split)
and session. Ribbons for 4th & up depending
on number of competitors.
Top 3 in each level qualify for 2011 State Games
of America hosted in San Diego August 4-7.
