2. Print & Complete Individual Entry Form and
Waiver
3. Fill in your age division, school name, instructor,
and belt rank.
4. Each athlete must submit: Entry Form, Entry Fee,
& Waivers.

DIVISIONS
Ages
3 & up.
Any division with less than 5 contestants may
be moved to an appropriate age/weight division.
Contestants and/or coaches will be notified. The
tournament director reserves the right to make
any changes necessary in the best interest of
safety and fair competition.
RULES
Unified
rules will apply.
AWARDS
Gold, Silver and Bronze
medals will be awarded for each division.
