RULES
Current USAPL rules will apply. One piece wrestling
type singlet must be worn. IPF-approved single
ply supportive shirts and lifting suits only.
USAPL rules define raw competition as athlete's
use of lifting gear being limited to the following:
singlet, legal competition belt, IPF-approved
wrist wraps, and Neoprene knee sleeves. Visit

DRUG
TESTING
A minimum of 10% of all lifters will be tested
by urinalysis. Some over-the-counter medications,
nutritional supplements, and natural herbal
supplements may contain prohibited substances.

Testing Waiver and submit with entry or
bring to the competition.
AWARDS
Gold, Silver, & Bronze medals in each Open
weight class, Masters I, Masters II, and Masters
III- Male & Female. Gold, Silver & Bronze
medals for each Teen weight class by age co-efficient
formula-Male & Female.
