Receive a Discount when you Register Online

To Enter by Mail:
1. Click on Registration Forms on the Left
2. Print & Complete Individual Entry Form and Waiver
3. Write in each event you have qualified for & the events you are entering
4. Each athlete must submit: Entry Form, Entry Fee, & Waivers

RULES
USF/CASL rules will apply.

AWARDS
Gold, Silver, & Bronze medals to top 3 in each event and division. CASL will award 4th & 5th place medals plus goody bag from Skate Industry.
