HOW TO ENTER
Receive a Discount when you Register Online

If you are entering as an individual: It is recommended that you enter online and put unattached as your Team Name. If entering by mail, complete the top of the Track Entry Form. Check male/female and circle the Age Division in the right corner. Write your name, age, birth date, and mark the times/distances for the events you are entering.

If you are entering as a team:
Receive a Discount when you Register Online. Coaches can enter multiple athletes at one time, using the contact information for the coach.

Entering as a Team through Hytek Team Manager:
1. Save Event File or File and Import into Hytek Team Manager
2. Complete the Event File and Export your Team Manager file
3. Print out your entry fee report
4. Email Team Manager file to entries@calstategames.org and mail payment with report to California State Games
Payment must be received within 48 hours of emailing Team Manager file
If a Team has Hytek/Team Manager, it is recommended that teams email their entries in Team Manager to entries@calstategames.org and mail a check for the total amount to CSG. If you do not have Hytek, Team Manager, you can still register your team online by entering the first athletes’ name with coach’s contact info and then add each athlete’s birthdate, gender and events.

If you want to mail in the entry, you must use the Track Entry Form and include Team Name, Coach’s Name, Address & Phone Number. Copy the Track Form for each Age Division for male & female. Example, one copy will list Bantam Girls, another will list Bantam Boys. Check male or female & circle the Age Division in the right corner. Write the athletes’ name, age, birth date, & mark the time/ distance for events each athlete entering. All coaches must submit the Track Entry Form, total Entry Fees, & Signed Waiver for each athlete or they may not compete.

Current USATF rules will govern. Use 3/16" spikes.

State Championship Banners Now Awarded to Team with Highest Points in each Division! Gold, Silver, & Bronze medals to the top three in each event. Ribbons for 4th - 8th place in each event.
