Receive a Discount when you Register Online

To Enter by Mail:
1. Click on Registration Forms on the Left
2. Print & Complete Team Entry Form and Waiver
3. Write in division and check Water Polo box. Complete Team Roster including Names, Birthdates, & Hometown for each player.
4. Each Coach must submit: Team Entry Form, Team Entry Fee, & Waivers for each participant.

16 & Under - After January 1, 1996
18 & Under - After January 1, 1994
