4. Each Coach must submit: Team Entry Form, Team
Entry Fee, & Waivers for each participant.

High School rules (folkstyle) will apply for all
divisions. All Wrestlers must be in their singlet
before they check-in. Head gear and Mouth Pieces
must be worn if you have braces.
