ATHLETE ELIGIBILITY
Any athlete who won a medal in their local
2009 or 2010 State Games, or the 2009 State
Games of America, in one of the sports offered
in 2011, is eligible to compete. If an athlete
wins a medal in their local State Games in
2011 before the entry deadline for State Games
of America, they are eligible.
2011 State Games of America will be combined
with the California State Games. In addition
to the eligible athletes listed above, any
resident of the state of California for at
least 30 days prior to the first day of competition
is eligible to compete. Some sports have pre-qualifying
criteria for California residents who did
not qualify in 2009 or 2010.

that any such unsportsmanlike conduct may
result in my disqualification from the 2011
