Waivers for each gymnast. Check Gymnastics
Box and write in all gymnasts - including
USAG number, level and birthdate.
3. Coaches must have a USAG Pro Number
4. Each coach must submit: Team Entry
Form, Signed Waiver for each athlete,
& Total Team Entry Fees

USAG rules will govern.
AWARDS
Gold,
Silver, and Bronze medals to the top
three (3) in each division, age group
(if level is split) and session. Ribbons
for 4th+ depending on number of competitors.
