1. Click on Registration Forms on the
Left
2. Print & Complete Team Entry Form and
Waivers for each gymnast. Check Gymnastics
Box and write in all gymnasts - including
USAG number, level and birthdate.
3. Coaches must have a USAG Pro Number
4. Each coach must submit: Team Entry
Form, Signed Waiver for each athlete,
& Total Team Entry Fees

to all SGA qualified athletes and USAG
registered athletes residing in California.
COMPETITION
FORMAT
Girls
may be split into two or three age groups
once entries have been received.
RULES
Current
USAG rules will govern (USAG sanctioned)
AWARDS
Championship
Banners Awarded to the Top Team in Compulsory
and Optional! Gold, Silver,
and Bronze medals to the top three (3)
in each division, age group (if level
is split) and session. Ribbons for 4th+
depending on number of competitors.
