JUST ADDED! All SGA athletes attending Opening Ceremonies have a chance to be a part of a FLASH MOB! Click here for details and to learn the dance! We will do it at 5pm in the Athlete Staging Area before lining up for the Parade of Athletes! Don't worry if you can't dance or learn it completely - just do it and have fun!

A spectacular night not to miss! Olympic stars will lead the parade of State Games of America athletes onto the same field as 3 Super Bowls. The Opening Ceremonies is an event when all athletes, parents, and coaches gather to share in the spectacle and pageantry of the Games. This is the night when every athlete is treated like an Olympian.

Torch Runners and Flag Bearers!
If you want to be a Torch Runner or the Flag Bearer for your state, submit this form before July 10 to be considered.

Arrive between 4:30pm-6:00pm to check out the Athlete Village.
Vendors will be giving out prizes, samples, and selling souvenirs at Section L.

Spectator Ticket: $10.00 per spectator
(Open seating for spectators)
(Athletes that march in the parade are Free)
Parking: $5 per vehicle

Opening Ceremonies Tickets are available online through midnight, Sunday July 31. After that date, they are available at Athlete Check-in or at the stadium, Ticket Booth F on Friday after 4:30pm.

There are no ATMs at Qualcomm Stadium, remember to bring cash for concessions.
We highly recommend that you buy your tickets ahead of time so you will not have to stand in line. Pre-paid Tickets may be picked up during Athlete Check-In or at Opening Ceremonies Will Call, Ticket Booth F after 4:30pm on Friday.

All registered athletes are invited to participate in Opening Ceremonies.
All athletes participating in the parade get in free.

4:30 - 6:00pm: Athlete Village area open in Parking Lot L1.
At 5:30pm: Line up for the Parade of Athletes at Parking Lot M1. If athletes are too young to be dropped off, a coach may stay with the child. Athletes will be supervised at all times.
After dropping off kids, parents can enter through the Main Gates at Section G. Souvenir booths will be available at both sections.
ONLY 2 COACHES PER TEAM may march in the parade with their team.
PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PARADE WITH THE KIDS
Wear your team jersey, jacket or T-shirt for the parade.
Concessions will be available at the stadium.
