2. Print & Complete Team Entry Form
and Waiver
3. Check Soccer box,
circle or write affliliation, write
in Division and complete Team Roster
with name, birthdates, & hometowns
of each player. You may attach a roster
form or add an additional page as needed.
4. Each coach must submit: Team Entry
Form, Team Entry Fee, & Waivers
for each participant.

ELIGIBILITY
Open
to any SGA Qualified team or CA team
meeting the age requirements. A copy
of birth certificate and/or laminated
player cards with picture are required
at team check-in.

U8
through U10- Max 14 players per team
U11 & up- Max 18 players per team
Roster Changes
You are allowed
up to 50% of your roster to change
from the year you qualified for the
State Games of America.
COMPETITION
FORMAT
Pool
play with three (3) games guaranteed,
followed by Championship Games.
U8-U9 - 20 minute halves
U10-U14 - 25 minute halves
U16-18 - 30 minute halves
U10 & below: 8 players on the
field
U11 & up: 11 players on the field
FINALS: If tied after regulation team
will go to FIFA Penalty Kicks.

America encourages participation by
all players in each game.
