2. Print & Complete Team Entry Form and Waiver
3. Check Softball box, write
in Division and complete Team Roster with
name, birthdates, & hometowns of each
player. You may attach a roster form or add
an additional page as needed.
4. Each coach must submit: Team Entry Form,
Team Entry Fee, & Waivers for each participant.

ELIGIBILITY
All
teams that have won a Gold, Silver or Bronze
medal in their own State Games and meet
the age requirements, qualify to play in
the Gold Division. Certain California ASA
"B" teams will also qualify for
the Gold Division - please contact your
Assn Director for more information. Silver
Division will only be open to ASA "C"
teams who have qualified for C Region 14
Championships. A copy of birth certificate
and/or player cards with picture are required
at team check-in on Thursday at the Town
& Country Hotel.

Maximum
of 20 players per team
Roster Changes
You are allowed
up to 50% of your roster to change from
the year you qualified for the State Games
of America.
AGE
DETERMINING DATE
December
31, 2011
You must register at your CURRENT level
or age group. For example, if you qualified
as a 10 & under team in 2009, you may
be an 12 & under team for the 2011 State
Games of America.
COMPETITION
FORMAT
Gold
Division is a 3 game bracket. Silver Division
is double elimination championship event.
