HOW TO ENTER
Receive a Discount when you Register Online
Individuals may enter online or Coaches can enter multiple athletes at one time, using the contact information for the coach.

Entering as a Team through Hytek Team Manager:
Hytek files
1. Save Event File and Import into Hytek Team Manager or Team Manager Lite
2. Complete the Event File and Export your Team Manager file
3. Print out your entry fee report
4. Email Team Manager file and PDF to entries@calstategames.org and mail payment with file report to State Games of America
Payment must be received within 3 days of emailing Team Manager file

To Enter by Mail:
1. Click on Registration Forms on the Left
2. Print & Complete Individual Entry Form and Waiver
3. Write in your event(s). Include your BEST SWIM TIME and SWIM TEAM NAME.
4. Each athlete must submit: Entry Form, Entry Fee, & Waiver.

Relays will be deck-entered; relay cards available day of the meet.

$45 per athlete online
$55 per athlete by mail
*Enter up to 6 events.*

Relays: $10 (deck entered only)

ELIGIBILITY
Open to any SGA Qualified swimmer or CA resident that is a current member of a swim team, any affiliation. If you qualified in only one event, you may enter up to 6 events.

AGE DETERMINING DATE
August 6, 2011

COMPETITION FORMAT
LONG COURSE MEET. All events will be timed finals. Seeding determined by entry time.

RULES
Current USA Swimming Rules will govern and this is an approved meet.

AWARDS
Championship Banner Awarded to Team with Highest Points! Custom Gold, Silver, & Bronze medals to the top three in each individual event and relays.
