1. Click on Registration Forms on the
Left
2. Print & Complete Team Entry Form
and Waivers. Check the Synchro Swim
box, and complete the Team Roster- include
each athlete's age and mark the event
box(es) each will enter along with their
Group Number.
3 . Each coach must submit: Team Entry
Form, Team Entry Fee, & Signed Waivers
for each participant. Mail to the State
Games of America.

COMPETITION
FORMAT
Routine
competition will be held in Solo,
Duet, Trio, Team, and Combo in the
categories from 10 & under and
up. Solos shall be limited to 3 per
club per age group. No figures will
be performed. Technical or free routines
may be used. There will be no timing
penalties. Each club must bring a
judge. Contact the Commissioner if
there are any issues.
