3. Select Age group and belt color. Write in Taekwondo
School name & address, and Instructor's name
4. Each athlete must submit: Entry Form, Waiver,
& Entry Fee

Open
to all SGA qualified Male and Female competitors
or CA residents. USA Taekwondo membership is
not required to participate in the State Games
of America.
