to any SGA qualified lifter or CA resident
that has a USAW card. Cards may be purchased
at weigh-in.

FORMAT
Two-handed
snatch and two-handed clean & jerk.
RULES
Current
USAW rules will govern. One piece lifting
suits required.
AWARDS
Gold,
Silver, and Bronze medals to the top three
in each event. Masters will be awarded
1st thru 5th place according to formula.
