1. Click on Registration Forms on the Left
2. Print & Complete Team Entry Form and
Waiver
3. Check Wrestling Box, Write in Name, Age,
Hometown, Division and Weight for each athlete.
4. Each coach must submit: Team Entry Form,
Waivers for each participant, & Team Entry

RULES
High
School rules (Folkstyle) will apply to
all divisions. All Wrestlers must be in
their singlet before they check-in at
the gym. Head gear and mouth pieces must
be worn if you have braces.
AWARDS
National
Championship Banner Awarded to High School
and Kids Team with Highest Points! Individual
Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals awarded
to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each weight division.
