REFUND POLICY

Inclement weather
Sports using outdoor facilities are weather dependent. Competitions will be conducted unless the Commissioners, Facilities Managers or CSG staff determine the weather conditions potentially dangerous or life threatening. If playing fields would incur significant damage, play may be cancelled. There will be NO refunds for cancelled events due to weather.

No Refunds, except for the following…

1. Entries received after the maximum number have been accepted.
2. If low entries are received in a division and the division is cancelled.
3. Entries of non-qualified participants.

Ice Hockey Cancellation Deadline- December 15, 2007 with $100 cancellation fee.

**No refund will be permitted because an entrant fails to compete or due to cancellation of an event because of inclement weather or an act of God.
